Virtual border fence approved, virtual Mexicans unsure of future

Cheese traps are passive death traps.

:gotme:

You guys want companies to treat the symptom of the problem that the govt has created?
What about drug dealers and other bad people that don’t get real jobs?
Maybe when we tax drug dealers we can also ask them to turn in illegals.

Why should we pay for a fence to keep them out? If they can’t make money, they won’t stay.
BTW The employers are the ones breaking the law.

THE COMPANIES ARE THE PROBLEM!!! The government didn’t create the marketplace for cheap undocumented labor

If there were no drug users, what would the dealer do?

No the unions did and the govt folded and helped them by making it impossible for US companies to compete.
Holy shit dude your Ralph Nader brain washing is far to great for me to set you straight!
So the companies are the problem and you want them to fix the problem?
Keep talking and show how fucked your logic is.

Would it really be that hard to NOT hire an illegal immigrant? You make it sound like it would take massive effort by putting the onus on the employer.

How is illegal immigration the fault of the government more so than the companies who create the incentive for the illegal immigration in the first place?

You are missing the point.
Companies should not have that responsibilty.
What would happen if people got fake id and a company hired them?
Do you want the company to enforce id laws as well?

Companies create the incentive?
If by companies you mean people like Ted Kennedy I will tell you.

well if you don’t want to do it then we can just route all hiring/firing through a government agency at no cost (aside from weeks of delay) to you.

Useless until the towers are equipped with these

That’s the spirit!
Let the government start a new agency instead of using ones we already pay for (Boarder Patrol, ICE, etc).

OMFG what are you talking about?

If we are going to discuss this you need to have at least a basic grip on the US govt and what it is doing to companies.
Go read-up and check back in later when you have at least a little clue.

Is your argument that the government didn’t do enough to put protectionist tariffs in place? That they passed unfair trade agreements like NAFTA?

boo, there goes my good taco al pastor and my maid… seriously she is like $20 a visit it is great

what movie is that music from? starts at like 1:15?

No, I don’t want tariffs.
I want a level playing field.

Edit; Let’s not go too far off topic.
DOES ANYONE AGREE WITH ME THAT COMPANIES SHOULD NOT BE THE ENFORCERS?

i have to agree with joe.

the companies may not be the origin of the issue, but they are encouraging, and exploiting it. it has been hugely successful in AZ, and it hasn’t over crowded prisons in the process, or run up huge legal fees for the deportation process.
