Just use SearchTempest to search all the craigslist’s within a 100 mile radius, you should find a deal somewhere on a GSXR or an R6
yeah thats outta my price range, if i’m spending 5k its goin to be for a r6…

You should just get a turbo Busa.
Did the quad ever blow up on you?
You beat the piss out of that thing, bent like 3 steering stems in a matter of weeks. :crackup
You should deffinetly look into a cbr. I always wanted a gsxr and when I went to buy one I sat on both the gsxr and cbr and found that the cbr was more comfortable. Im 6 foot and I look like a monkey fucking a coconut on it but I feel like I can sit more upright and not all of my weight is on my wrists. Handles extremely well and not bad power for being a 600. Of course you can say I’m bias because that’s the bike I own but I was completely opposed to owning anything but a gsxr and now I know not to rule out any bike.
<3 my cbr relic
I decided not to sell it… shoulda posted to close the thread, I totally forgot I even posted that on here. But I’d be more then happy to come by and show you the cbr600 and let you look it over.
I owned a 2006 R6 (not S) and currently own a 2007 (identical bikes really) and love them both. Granted I am not an extremely aggressive rider nor am I a stunter but I feel much more comfortable on my bikes then I have on my brothers GSXR’s. Maybe I am just used to my own bike and have grown accustomed to how they feel/ride but they have been great to me. I feel natural leaning the bike over without a problem. Not one mechanical issue either. Just have done regular maintenance (oil, filters, chain lube, etc) and not a problem.
The R6 does sit fairly tall in comparison to the others so if that’s a concern be warned. I am 5’9" and it’s perfect for me.
