Well,
Today i was driving quite abit, i had to acompany a friend to the nwmrt courthouse for one of his court datese His licence was suspended & i had free time to so i offered to drive him up, i pulled out the s14 and took that. I passed almost every type of cop on the road up(OPP, Undercovers…you name it i passed it this morning basically) mind you this was on the road, i was even at a stop light up in nwmrt beside a Yrk Region Charger and i looked over he was looking over at us never said anything as we drove away. later that day i went up to richmond hill myself and was on my way home to markham (District 5) agian drove thru richmond hill and saw 1 cop up there agian just drove by. Got to kennedy and denison near my house and im doing 55km in the right lane in a 60, hadnt booted the car all day. i pass a plaza doing this and i see in my rear a cop BLAZING out of the plaza like i was doing 50kh over… right up on my ass as i was making a right turn and pulls me over. So im quite familiar with the process of how things work, so i get my stuff out before he gets to my window and hand it to him before he says anything…cop goes “Oh so you know the drill”, and i just give him a yeap. He then walks around my car like he looking for something… come bak to the window and goes oh your plate in the wrong place…i tell him ive spoken to another officer not 3 or 4 days ago about it and said the problem will be fixed no later then 7 days and says it fine. He then says “Oh who ever he was he wrong…” and im like uh okie? (just so i could avoid any conflict that will lead to a ticket) then he begins to observe the car once agian and says oh i notice you exhaust is too loud and i heard it from within his crusier…(i have a apexi muffler - stock piping the tip prolly wont fit a tennis ball in so it not a monster muffler and i was shifting at 2.5k shifts…) so i tell him ive been pulled over numerous times and no other officer has mentioned that so he backed off. He leaves then goes to his crusier comes back with a inproper licence plate ticket even tho! the other cop i no for a fact had made a note saying within 7 days it will be fine and it only been 3-4 days since, and his excuse for the ticket was “This will ensure you put the plate on quicker…” WHAT A DICK!..then i got upset since i already got the ticket and i begin to ask why he was so intent on the minor details of my vechile and if these details were the main reason he pulled me over or was it just for the fact of the apperance of the vechile…he replies like all cops do so that they can get away with shit…“If you fix these little errors then we wont have any reason to ticket you.” IM 100% sure it was just for the fact my car has a few quater glass stickers and rocks white/Green rims and was the only damn washed car in the area…ive concluded that most! yrk cops are tolerable but district 5 espically Pmall and markham and steeles area near the highschools cops treat any car that not (mommy daddy style ) as a treat…BULL SHYT i speed i get a ticket i obey the law (to an extend traffic wise) I STILL GET A TICKET

Thats what you get for drawing attention to yourself.
bring both tickets to court!
- get plate handled (within alotted time line)
- get second ticket thrown out due to harassment
just fix the plate and take it to court it will be thrown.
oh the first cop didnt give me a ticket that the thing he said he would give me a warning to correct it within 7 days and this douche gave me a ticket after 4 days of getting a warning …and how did i bring attention to myself? i dont blast music or ripp around on the street + i often dont drive it if i dont have too …today was a nice day and chris i noo it a simple ticket to beat but it the concept of wtf? im sure all those other cops ran my plates saw a note of the plate and moved on this dude went out of his way to find something to bust my balls and this is way to often within my area which gets a bit annoying…
you should try peel police…i never got pulled over last year, this year tho…has been a shit fest. every other day, never getting a ticket…i swear some only pull me over cause they noticed the rhd alot of them ask about it.
its just now when i see a cop and its a posted 60 and he is doing 50-55km ill do 60 on the dot and pass him, they make me angry :@

when i lived in peel last year i didnt get pulled over once not once for a whole year driving my 240
now im in york. in a cargo van and ive been pulled over twice in 6 months its just obscene. im moving!
Keez, you draw too much attention to yourself with yur madd sick JDM Rice Cooker, Ive been driving around for the last week and i havent drawn any attention to myself, well one point i had a cop pull up to me and compliment me on the cleanliness of my car lols and you KNOW how loud my damn exhaust is haha
With cops, its really the luck of the draw lols, either you get a really nice one or a really shitty one, i think Irff just got unlucky with that one. Like they say, fight it in court and they’ll drop it.
I couldn’t find anything in the highway traffic act stating that you need to have a plate displayed in the front of the vehicle.

It must be displayed at the forward most point of your vehicle. So strapping it to the bottom lip of your bumper doesn’t technically count.

i have been pulld over twice cuz my front plate was sit on my dash. told to fix it… fixd it now everything is peachy. yeah he looked for something wrong with ur car. but knowing u needed to fix it i dont see why ur cryn…
