C6 Z06 blown engine not covered by warranty

and i’m sure the people who drive these cars and blow them up, are not the siq drivers that nissan and gm used when testing their “performance track cars”.

So maybe if they passed a test to be ultra siq drivers and not some fucking retard driver, maybe they would cover it under warranty.

:banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead: So why are u taking the guys word on the stupid corvette forum that he did nothing wrong?

:bush:

He didn’t specifically say that, either.

All the more reason for Torq to come clarify

i personally dont think he cares. track use voids warranty, its not the dealerships responability its the manufacturers

why would he want to waste his time arguing with some kid on the internet?

are you the guy that clearly gets beat in a street race and wants to race 100 more times because you know you have a faster car? thats what this thread feels like…

let it die dude. you demand respect on here but youll have to get a new username and start over cause youve tarnished this one plenty with foolish arguing. you cant live the speedped reference down ever.

Brian

Its scary when we agree…

I can ride my bike with no handle bars.

I’m on the bandwagon?

that sign has been very played out this month

i’m going to remind everyone that they’re in Gen Auto not OT.

Would you please consider refraining from posting any further? You’ve had ample attempts to prove your point and certainly do not need to reiterate it. The results are simply muddying up this thread and frankly your presence is detrimental to this “no-name forum.” I’m being really polite.

whats the point of having 500-600whp if you cant use it?

500whp certainly is not usable on any streets in the united states

so basically the warranty is there for all the men who are having a middle age crisis and only drive the car for the looks and not the perfomance

if your going to sell a car with 500whp you should make it perform at that level and not worry about it breaking and honor the warranty that comes along with it, if your not willing to do that then sell 100whp econo slushbox cars and be done with it

Even 1000hp racing motors say “not intended for racing” and have little to no implied warranty. I want to take a poop on this thread, it’s so clearly ridiculous. He blew his engine at a racing-related event. His dealer is clearly a dick and it seems apparent he’s not too good with people either.

What are we trying to prove in this thread? z06s are unreliable? I don’t get it.

I love imports and HATE domestics, but for the record the z06/zr1/acr/hyundai accent are simply better built than the GTR. Maybe the GTR was rushed into production or something who knows.

whats the point of reading the whole thread

Two things.

Profits

And the first thing you’ll learn about going to the track.

Never take a car you cant ball up into a wall and walk away from.

Obviously the same applies to engine parts.

Well neither car being discussed has 500 WHP, so I am not sure what your argument is.

I didn’t read this whole thread but, thanks to the black box in Vettes you will never get warranty coverage, even if you lie. Little brother knows everything you do.:snky:

Blind leading the blind here. Well, Brian, I don’t demand respect anywhere haha. I don’t care whether people behind other keyboards somewhere in NYS think I’m a cool guy or an asshat. You just made me laugh really hard because you think that’s important :roflpicard: Get back in your POS 4 cyl stationwagon that runs 13’s on 30 psi and go for a drive.

I know your being polite, so I’ll avoid from posting in this thread like you said

Freek: My bad.
